Strategic Boundaries / 90-minute beta class
Your time is valuable.
Let your answers
reflect that.
For the woman who says yes before checking what it will cost her. Bring one real situation. Build a clear boundary. Practice saying it in your own words.
Founding Beta · $47
Live virtual class · Printable workbook · Guided practice · Seven-day follow-up
Say Less. Mean It. Hold the Line.
Proposed dates: December 1 or 3, 2026 · 7:00–8:30 p.m. Central
Sound familiar?
You said yes.
Your calendar would like a word.
- You agree before checking your capacity.
- You explain your no until it sounds negotiable.
- You know your limit—until someone pushes back.
- You want to be considerate without becoming permanently available.
What you’ll practice
Leave with more
than a good intention.
Your Personal Boundary Policy
Identify the pattern, the priority you are protecting, your limit, and the follow-through you control.
Three responses in your own voice
Write a direct answer, a delay response, and an exit line. Clear enough to remember when the pressure is real.
A practiced response to pushback
Try your words against “I need an answer now.” Practice repeating your limit without adding a courtroom defense.
A seven-day action plan
Choose one low-stakes real-world test. Use the follow-up to reflect on what happened and what needs adjusting.
Your next response could be this simple
“Let me check what I can
realistically commit to.”
A pause is a complete first step.
Inside the class
90 minutes.
Built around
your real life.
You do not need to solve every relationship in one session. We will build one clear example all the way through.
- Choose the recurring situation.
Work, family, friendship, or personal availability. Start with something specific and safe to practice.
- Make the decision before writing the sentence.
Decide what you can commit to, what you will decline, and what you will do if the pattern continues.
- Write it. Say it. Refine it.
Practice a direct, delay, and exit response. You may work privately or pass on an exercise.
- Choose your next real-world step.
Leave with a manageable test and a seven-day check-in—not another list of things to feel guilty about.
Who this is for
For the dependable woman
everyone counts on.
Including when she’s already at capacity.
If you overgive, freeze when it’s time to speak, or soften your answer until the limit disappears, this class gives you room to practice. You do not need to be naturally outspoken or arrive with the perfect words.
Empower.
Rise.

Strategic Boundaries starts with the decision behind your words: what matters, where your limit is, and how you will follow through.
Heal. Empower. Rise. Care includes you, too.
The founding beta experience
Be part of building
what comes next.
Join the Strategic Boundaries beta for $47: one live, virtual 90-minute class, a printable workbook, guided practice, and a seven-day follow-up.
Your experience informs the next version.
Tell me what clicked, what felt unclear, and what you needed more of. Your honest feedback helps refine the exercises, language, pacing, and materials.
Discounts on future classes.
Beta participants will receive founding-participant discount offers for future CODE H.E.R. classes. The amount and eligible classes will be shared with each offer before registration.
First choice for future beta classes.
Receive priority invitations and an early opportunity to reserve a place in future CODE H.E.R. beta classes before public registration, subject to available places.
Try the tools. Tell me the truth.
Please plan to complete a brief, honest post-class review and a seven-day check-in. Feedback is expected and encouraged, but is not mandatory and does not determine your access to participant perks or scholarships.
Sharing your review or experience publicly is your choice.
I may invite you to share a public review or contribute to a case study. Neither is required. Before using your words, name, or personal experience publicly, I will ask for separate, specific permission, including your choice of attribution. Signing up does not give permission to publish your feedback. Honest feedback is welcome; a positive review is never a condition of participation or benefits.
This is a standalone class drawn from the Strategic Boundaries module of the six-week CODE H.E.R. program. Joining the beta does not enroll you in the full program.
Three places. Full access.
Cost should not
close the door.
I’m offering three full scholarships covering the entire $47 beta class fee. Scholarship participants receive the same class materials, practice, follow-up, and founding-participant perks.
Request Scholarship Consideration ↗A straightforward selection process
Use the scholarship option on the form if the class fee would prevent you from attending. No income documents or personal hardship story are needed.
To be eligible, you must identify cost as a barrier, confirm you can attend the final session date, and intend to take part in the class activities in a way that works for you. Sharing personal details or speaking in the group is not required.
Once the date is confirmed, scholarship applicants will receive an email with a deadline to confirm availability. If more than three eligible requests remain at that deadline, recipients will be selected by random draw. If three or fewer qualify, each will receive a scholarship. Applicants will be notified before payment is due.
Scholarships are not exchanged for testimonials, public reviews, or case studies. Requesting one does not automatically reserve a place.
How to join
Three simple steps.
- Tell me when you can attend.
Complete the form below. Choose December 1, December 3, or both. Both proposed sessions are 7:00–8:30 p.m. Central. Request scholarship consideration if needed.
- Watch for the confirmed date.
You’ll receive the selected session date and registration details by email. Scholarship applicants will also receive the availability-confirmation deadline.
- Confirm your place.
Complete the $47 payment when registration opens, or accept your scholarship if selected. No payment is collected on this interest form.
A few things you may be wondering
Before you say “sure”…
Is this the full six-week program?
No. This is one standalone 90-minute Strategic Boundaries beta class.
What should I bring?
One recurring situation and something to write with. Choose a situation that is safe enough to practice.
Do I have to share a personal story?
No. Work privately, use a fictional example, or pass on an exercise. Sensitive details are not required.
When is it, and what does it cost?
The proposed dates are Tuesday, December 1, and Thursday, December 3, 2026, from 7:00–8:30 p.m. Central. Select all dates you could attend below. The founding beta price is $47. Three full scholarships are available. The final session date will be confirmed before paid registration.
Is this therapy or a class about confronting someone?
This is an educational coaching class. It does not replace therapy, crisis support, or legal advice. If a situation could involve retaliation or danger, prioritize confidential support and a safer plan.
Your next step
Before your next automatic yes,
practice a different answer.
Join the founding beta for $47, or request one of three full scholarships. Select the sessions you could attend: Tuesday, December 1, or Thursday, December 3, 2026, from 7:00–8:30 p.m. Central. I’ll confirm the final date by email and send registration details.
This is an interest and availability form. No payment is collected today, and a place is not reserved until registration or scholarship acceptance is confirmed.
Share only what you are comfortable sharing. A personal story is not required. We will use your details to respond to your class inquiry and any scholarship request. Brief, honest feedback is expected but not mandatory. Public reviews, quotations, and case studies require your separate permission.
